Abandoned by Fate
Kalina "Kit" Arden is on the cusp of her twenty-sixth birthday and her third soul-bound Book, the one that will reveal her life's Purpose, has yet to appear. In Tierannova, sentient Books provide magic and act as a guide, determining the path each person is destined to follow, but Kit's powers remain dormant, and she fears they may never awaken.
Meet the Author
Hi! I’m Ashley
Just your basic millennial girl who copes with the crippling anxiety of life through sarcasm and dark humor. If "she was so funny" isn't the first thing listed on my obituary, I'm coming back to haunt everyone.
Things that bring me joy in no certain order: boomerang cheers, craft nights, full moons, my dog, my family (I’m a wife and a mom), friends, and all things whimsy.
I would consider myself a jack (jill?) of many trades and proficient in few, so why not add indie author to the list? Reading is one of the great loves of my life and if this venture results in me becoming even one person’s favorite author, then the debt I’ve just put my family in is worth every penny. My hope is that Abandoned by Fate is only the first of many stories I’m able to share and that you’ll follow me head first into each new world. Thank you for being here!
